Advanced Cell Therapy Centre
Our Advanced Cell Therapy Centre manufactures, develops, and researches new advanced cell, tissue, and blood products for healthcare use. Between 2013 and 2024, a total of over 135 patients have been treated with experimental cell therapy and tissue products produced by the Blood Service.

During 2024, we delivered modified haploidentical stem cell transplants for the treatment of pediatric patients and AUTO-KERAT products for the treatment of severe burns. Additionally, we prepared to start the production of CAR-T cell products used in cancer treatments in collaboration with a pharmaceutical company. The Advanced Cell Therapy Centre now has strong preparedness for manufacturing investigational medicinal products for clinical research.
As a new product initiative, we began developing a serum eye drop product for the treatment of severe dry eye syndrome.
