In 2025, we focused on developing the work community, particularly on creating a good operating culture and management that supports it. We familiarised ourselves with the Finnish Red Cross’s common approach to preventing inappropriate treatment and harassment and resolving conflicts. We described the objectives for the operating culture and leadership and carried out an assessment of supervisory work based on these objectives, in which teams were able to give feedback to their own supervisors.

In addition to developing the management culture, the themes of supervisor training this year included supporting performance and early intervention. We developed our induction practices and encouraged better breaks and recovery with a new exercise programme. We also promoted work ability by continuing to offer a wide range of well-being and exercise benefits.
